Braemore apartment comprises the entire upper floor of this extensive modern bungalow, privately situated in half an acre of waterfront garden commanding fantastic panoramic views across the Tay Estuary. The letting accommodation is all on the first floor and provides 2 en-suite bedrooms each with a comfortable sitting area overlooking the river to take advantage of the breath-taking views.
The bedrooms are very spacious, each with an en-suite shower/toilet. The principal room has a dining table and four chairs and each room also has Digital TV, DVD Player and Free Wi-Fi.
One room is normally set up with twin beds, whilst the other has a double bed. However the twin beds can be zipped together to form a queen-size double and an extra bed can be put into either room if required. The room configurations therefore can be anything up to 4 separate beds according to requirements. The maximum number permitted in the apartment is 5 persons.
The kitchen is fully fitted with fan oven, ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, toaster, washer-drier, sink, iron, all crockery, glasses and cutlery, detergents, towels, pots, pans, linens etc. The fridge is stocked with a starter pack consisting of fresh milk, butter, cheese, juices, eggs, cold meats and bread etc. Tea, coffee, cereals etc are also provided. You would not need to bring any breakfast supplies with you. If there are any specific dietary breakfast requirements then these would be provided in the starter pack upon request. The Apartment including the kitchen, which is on the same floor, is for your exclusive use.
Each let is for a minimum of 2 nights with initial breakfast produce supplied.
There is safe and secure dedicated car-parking adjacent to the property which is 80 metres down a private lane from the main road.

Keys are provided upon arrival so that guests can come and go as they please.
